99 percent of all camera users do not need special software to work the camera. It should work with all computers.
If you are not able to view the camera, check the following.
1. You should have the most current version of Java. If not get it here: Java.com Then restart computer and check camera
2. If that does not work, be sure you are not behine any office firewalls. Turn off any firewalls and check camera.
3. Turn off any pop up blockers. Check Camera Again
3. If still not working and you have PC Download the VIEWER.
